About Us
My sister and I started this business because we were having a hard time making ends meet. We were kind of skeptical of it at first, but we were able to turn it around. My sister needed income for college and thought this would be a good investment. She actually talked me into supporting her to start it up. For me, it is hard to live on a supplemental income. I am disabled and have barely enough to make it through each month. This is the perfect business for me because, I can still use my hands and am able to make the crosses. I was born with Spina Bifida and had a small hole in my heart. As time progressed so did the Spina Bifida and the hole, and other ailments have presented themselves, like Scoliosis which was diagnosed when I was 10. I have been confined to a wheelchair since 2005, the small hole in my heart became several holes, which I had surgery on, on February 18th. I was also diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Connective Tissue Disorder, in 2006. Making these crosses is a way for me to make some income, as well as, share my experiences and my faith.
